The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital or QE2

as it is known is the closest hospital to the area.

It underwent a major upgrade in 2014.

 

It has a large range of out-patient services, a great emergency department, as well as a large range of specialty wards.

 

The Emergency Department will treat children, but if it is not life threatening, the new Lady Cilento Children's Hospital is less than 30 minutes drive away.

 

The QE2 is officially in Coopers Plains, on the corner of Kessels Road and Troughton Road, a short stroll from Salisbury.
